The Magnet Model: Overview
Learn about the Magnet Model and associated components in this fast paced one-day overview workshop. The workshop is designed to give a broad overview of the Magnet Model and the components. Discover how to create a Magnet culture within your organization. This workshop will also help you integrate your nursing practice within the structure of the Magnet Model. Attend this workshop if you are a nurse leader new to the Magnet process or are in a re-designating facility utilizing the 2008 Magnet manual for the first time.

The Magnet Model: Exploring the Sources of Evidence
The sources of evidence are the defining elements of the Magnet Model. This one-day workshop explores the Magnet Model components and dissects selected sources of evidence to assist you in collecting Magnet documentation. You will practice and receive feedback on how to document certain sources of evidence. Intended for all levels of nurse leaders.

The Magnet Program Director: Coordinating the Journey to Excellence
The Magnet Program Director (MPD) workshop provides definition to the MPD role by exploring and discussing its relationship to nursing staff, executive leadership, and the organization.The MPD workshop describes the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully meet the demands of this role. The workshop presents detailed information about the intricacies of the initial application, the document review, and the site visit. Participants will identify tools and strategies to organize the journey and motivate staff throughout the organization.
